Hungry Jack’s has long been synonymous with both AFL and SA. We started serving up our famous flame grilled burgers in 1972. The signing of South Australia’s premier AFL team, the Adelaide Crows, brings two of our favourite things together, burgers and footy.

At Hungry Jack’s we don’t just sponsor sport, we participate in growing it, from grass roots to elite levels. We are proud to extend our Crows’ AFL partnership to include the AFL Women’s team, taking an important step in helping grow women’s sport in Australia. Along with the SANFL League spanning across junior, country and amateur football, as well as specific programs across schools and indigenous communities.

Hungry Jack’s is all about the fans and we do whatever it takes to deliver a seriously epic spectator experience. Fans can get up close to the action with our VIP Box Seat Giveaway to Crows’ Home Games, with great seats, free food & drinks and meet and greets with AFL legends. Or score a FREE Whopper with the ‘Whopper Goal’, every home game when a Crows’ player boots a ‘Whopper Goal’ all fans will score a free Whopper the following Wednesday. Hungry Jack’s will also bring fans closer to their heroes with in-store player visits throughout the season.

Hungry Jack’s first opened its doors in SA in 1972 on Anzac Highway, one year after first opening in WA. Since then, its grown to 54 restaurants across South Australia and has won the hearts and mouths of all South Australians. Over the years Hungry Jack’s has given thousands of South Australians their first job and is home to its longest serving staff member, Connie Mara (pictured centre), who has been serving up burgers for over 48 years.
