Jack's Cafe Loyalty Card

Terms and Conditions
  1. The Jack’s Cafe Customer loyalty card program (Loyalty Program) is operated by Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd (we, us or our). By participating in our Loyalty Program, each customer (you) agrees to these terms and conditions (Terms).

 

  1. As part of our Loyalty Program, one loyalty card will be digitally issued automatically (Loyalty Card) to all digital members of our Loyalty Program registered via Hungry Jack’s App or via Hungry Jack’s website (HJ’s Channels).   1. A full price* purchase of one (1) barista coffee, tea, or any one (1) specialty cold drink from the Jack’s Cafe range available at the time of your ordering (Jack’s Cafe Beverages) via the HJ’s Channels from our participating Jack’s Cafe restaurants (Participating Restaurant) will earn you one (1) stamp.

*Stamps cannot be accumulated from purchases where discount / promo codes, coupons, Jack's App Deal offers, Shake & Win prizes, vouchers or rewards have been applied to cart.

 

  1. The system will issue you a digital voucher after you earn four (4) stamps (Voucher). The Voucher will entitle you to get the fifth (5th) medium size standard Jack’s Cafe Beverage product free subject to our standard surcharge for speciality milks (Soy or Almond) or upgrades, or extra shots.  The Participating Restaurants may (in its discretion) offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

 

  1. To redeem your free medium size standard Jack’s Cafe Beverage, you must present the barcode on the Voucher in the Participating Restaurant for physical scanning of the barcode by our staff.

 

  1. If you choose to apply the Voucher electronically, that is, to the cart in your HJ’s Channels account, then a minimum spend of $1 will apply to redeem your fifth (5th) medium size standard Jack’s Cafe Beverage.  

 

  1. You must redeem the Voucher before being able to continue to earn further stamps. You cannot accumulate Vouchers. 

 

  1. Our Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer unless otherwise stated on the other promotion or offer. Each Voucher may only be redeemed once.  Vouchers are not redeemable via our delivery partners. 

 

  1. Vouchers will expire after 28 days after the date of issue. Stamps and Loyalty Cards will expire after 30 June 2022.

 

  1. We retain, at all times, ownership of all stamps, Loyalty Cards, Vouchers and advertising in connection with our Loyalty Program together with all intellectual property rights in and over the stamps, Loyalty Cards, Vouchers and advertising for our Loyalty Program.

 

  1. Vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty Card to anyone else.

 

  1. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms.

 

  1. We may change these Terms or add new terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

 

  1. We may discontinue our Loyalty Program or Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website.

 

  1. Our decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of our rights or discretions in connection with these Terms will be final and binding.  We may waive or modify any requirement under these Terms where a customer might otherwise not qualify for the offer and without implying any obligation to relax that requirement in any other case.
