Terms and Conditions
  1. Jack’s Cafe Loyalty Program

  2. The Jack’s Cafe customer loyalty card program ("Loyalty Program") is operated by Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating in our Loyalty Program, each customer ("you") agrees to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). The Loyalty Program is valid only at participating Hungry Jack’s “Jack’s Cafe” restaurants ("participating restaurants").
  3. To join our free Loyalty Program, a loyalty card will be automatically issued digitally to all registered users of the Hungry Jack’s App or Hungry Jack’s website ("HJ’s Channels").   4. A full-price purchase of one (1) Barista Coffee, Tea, or any one (1) Iced Drink from the Jack’s Cafe range available at the time of your order ("Jack’s Cafe Beverages") through the Hungry Jack’s Digital Channels at any participating restaurant will earn you one (1) stamp.
  5. After earning four (4) valid stamps, you are eligible to redeem one (1) free, lowest-priced Jack’s Cafe Beverage. This is subject to our standard surcharge for specialty milks (Soy, Almond, Oat, Lactose-Free), upgrades, or extra shots. The participating restaurant may, at its discretion, offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value. This free Jack’s Cafe Beverage can only be redeemed via pick-up at a participating restaurant and cannot be delivered. Free Jack’s Cafe Beverages cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You may not sell or transfer your Jack’s Cafe loyalty card to anyone else.
  6. To earn stamps, you must either present your Jack’s Cafe loyalty card at the participating restaurant for barcode scanning by our staff or complete the transaction through the Hungry Jack’s App.
  7. To redeem your free Jack’s Cafe Beverage, you must present your Jack’s Cafe loyalty card at the participating restaurant for barcode scanning by a cashier. Free Jack’s Cafe Beverages cannot be redeemed via the Hungry Jack’s App.
  8. A fully stamped Jack’s Cafe loyalty card (4 stamps) may only be redeemed for one (1) Jack’s Cafe Beverage per transaction. No other loyalty cards may be used in conjunction with the Jack’s Cafe loyalty card. The Jack’s Cafe loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer unless otherwise specified.
  9. We are not responsible for lost Jack’s Cafe loyalty cards. You must use the same app account for each transaction.
  10. We retain ownership of all stamps, Jack’s Cafe loyalty cards, and any advertising associated with our Loyalty Program, including all related intellectual property rights.
  11. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if you have failed to comply with these Terms.
  12. We may change these Terms or add new terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If we do, we will publish an updated version on our website. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of these changes.
  13. We may discontinue or terminate our Loyalty Program or Jack’s Cafe loyalty cards at our sole discretion, without any liability to you, by publishing a notice on HJ’s Channels. If such a notice is published, our Loyalty Program will terminate one (1) month after the publication date.
  14. Our decisions regarding the exercise or interpretation of any of our rights or discretions in connection with these Terms will be final and binding. We may waive or modify any requirement under these Terms if a customer might otherwise not qualify for the offer, without implying any obligation to relax that requirement in other cases.
